Of course, The Acropolis is not to be missed.  Here, you’ll learn about the Erechtheum, Propylaea and the Temple of Athena Nike.  One of the hotels I recommend has a perfect view of the Acropolis.  While staying at this hotel, I used to enjoy my breakfast every morning overlooking this beautiful masterpiece.

After learning about Athens’ history, switch gears and visit the Museum of Illusions. You can also explore further by visiting the stunning Stavros Niarchos Foundation Culture Center.

Be sure to explore and taste the traditional and delicious Greek cuisine! From moussaka, gyros and refreshing Greek salads, the food in Athens is sure to blow your mind!
